Syracuse Quality Living is a multi-diversified community. Fifty percent of our residential population are international from foreign countries. Since has been the case for the past 12 years. Because of our huge international makeup, we are very familiar with the needs and desires of all of our residents.

We make transition into the States easy by offering all inclusive, furnished apartments with on-site laundries. The amenities also include FREE Wi-Fi; a Smart T.V. (where available); complimentary dresses (supplies limited); only a couple of blocks away from access to the FREE bus stop that offer transportation directly to campus. All leasing processes are easily accessible by virtual tours and our convenient online leasing process.

We readily accept wire transfers as a form of payment for deposits.

  • Can Participate in Our Online Leasing
    • 1) Browse through the properties section of our website and identify an available apartment you are interested in.  If an apartment is not marked “Rented” then it should be available.
      2) All listings will have pictures, Floor Plans and videos of the apartments.  We are unable to do live video tours or take additional pictures of the apartments as there are students already living in the apartment.
      3) Once you selected the apartment – you can text the WhatsApp number any specific questions you have about that apartment.
      4) Once your entire group is satisfied with the apartment – email: syracusequalityliving@gmail.com all your names and passport copies requesting a lease for that apartment.
      5) Upon receipt of the lease you have 48 hours to sign the lease and return it back with your bank wire transfer of the security deposit.
      6) Once we received the wire transfer the apartment  is reserved for your group and marked “Rented” on our website.

You will need to provide the following information to rent a room:

  • Full name
  • Email ID
  • Passport copy
  • Start date
Upon receipt, we will send you a lease which needs to be signed and returned back within 24 hours and one months rent as security deposit and fees will need to be wire transferred within 48 hours in order to reserve the room.
