Once you choose a unit, our leasing team will guide you through the remaining steps of the leasing process, including: After your lease is finalized, we’ll stay in contact with you regarding move-in details, utilities, and any important updates before your arrival.

When should I sign for next year?

Our apartments lease quickly, especially for the fall semester and properties located near Syracuse University. We strongly recommend signing as early as possible to secure your preferred apartment, pricing, and roommate group. Many students begin searching and signing leases several months in advance.

What are lease terms?

We offer a variety of leasing options depending on the property and availability. Most student leases are 12 months, but select apartments may offer semester, short-term, or month-to-month options. Please contact our leasing office for current availability, lease term options, and pricing.

Do you have to be a student to live here?

No. While many of our apartments are popular with Syracuse University and SUNY ESF students, we also offer housing options for graduate students, professionals, families, and other non-student residents. Availability may vary by property, so please contact our leasing office for current options.
