Syracuse Quality Living COVID-19 Statement:

We, at Syracuse Quality Living are taken the COVID-19 virus very serious.Please find below any questions and/or concerns you might have:

Cleaning:

SQL is taking the necessary precautions and following the CDC-recommendations of cleanliness and social distancing guidelines. Our buildings hallways and laundry rooms are being cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis.  When it comes time for your son/daughter to move in, the apartment and room will be cleaned with in 24 hours of their arrival to make sure the apartment has been disinfected and cleaned. 

Leases:

As Syracuse University and Le Moyne College have both announced the campuses will be open for the fall semester you will be responsible for your lease. We will be honoring all leases signed for fall/spring semesters. Regarding concerns students have about making rent payments, we will work with residents and families who endure financial hardship on a case by case basis. 

Roommates:

If you or your roommates show any symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you please reach out to your health care provider or contact the university or local health officials to determine the appropriate protocol. Additionally,  we ask that you please follow the CDC-recommended cleanliness and social distancing guidelines. 

In Closing:

 These are unprecedented times, and we are all facing challenges and circumstances that we have never faced before and for which we don't always have an immediate answer or solution. As we continue on a day to day basis, we pledge to put the health and well-being of our residents and our team members first. We are grateful for everyone's patience and understanding as we continue to support each other more than ever before.
